Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware to ensure the product remains safe during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
